a non-smoker already!
Imagine now, that the NHS has around
a 7% success rate to stop people smoking.
Hypnotherapy in general has around a 70% success rate.
I have a 100% success rate and intend to keep it that
way!
Of the smokers that the NHS help to
stop smoking, the vast majority of them are told to
use nicotine replacements.
This may seem acceptable to you, until
you realise that all these people are no longer addicted
to smoking…. they are addicted to nicotine replacements
(gum, patches, inhalers etc). Very expensive nicotine!
The NHS are not daft, they are making
more money from this than they have ever done in the
past, and everybody thinks it’s great because
they aren’t smoking anymore.
When I stop you smoking, I will ask
you to choose a different habit that you want to do
instead, so without even realising it, every time you
would have lit a cigarette, you will do your new habit.
I will make you feel fantastic about
no longer smoking and no longer wanting to smoke. You
will be filled with more confidence and self esteem
than ever! You will have a spring in your step, and
£1000’s in your pocket!
SMOKING FAQ’s
How long will it take to stop
me smoking?
Every client is different but I usually
do it in around 20 minutes, I then strengthen the suggestions
until I feel necessary.
Some people take longer, I will stay with you until
I feel necessary whether it be 20 minutes or 2 hours
How much does it cost?
I charge £150 to stop you smoking.
I don’t charge per hour or per half hour, I charge
per session and I won’t leave until the issue
is resolved.
I offer a free top up session if you find it hard after
a few weeks.
Isn’t that expensive?
No, but the £1500 a year that
a 10 a day smoker wastes is, or the £2000 that the 20 a
day smoker wastes.
It is a once in a lifetime payment that you will never
regret.
What if it doesn’t work
for me?
If you really want to stop killing
yourself and everybody around you then it will work
for you. If you think it sounds a good idea but aren’t
bothered either way then don’t waste my time or
yours.
What if I come to you for
treatment but it is hard for me for a few days after?
If you find yourself struggling then
I will help you. Some people have more will power than
others.
I offer my clients a free top up session if they feel
they need it.
I can count on one hand the amount of my clients who
have needed top ups, but that doesn’t mean you
won’t.
If you feel you need it then ring me straight away
and I will get to you as soon as possible.
But I’ve tried everything, even
different hypnotherapists and nothing worked.
You’ve tried the rest, now use
the best. What more can I say?!
So how come you can do it in one session
when hypnotherapists take a few?
They can do it in one session if they
want to, they chose not to so that they get more money.
Think about it, how can it take a few sessions to make
1 change?
Surely that means that after the first session you are
only ¼ of a smoker and then ½ and so on.
But there is no such thing as half a smoker, you either
smoke or you don’t, and when I leave you, you
wont!
I think I’ll be hard
for you to cure.
I don’t care what you think!
I have had people say that to me for years but they
don’t smoke anymore! If you genuinely want to
stop smoking, then there will be no problem.
I will stay with you until you don’t smoke, if
it takes me 4 hours then I will stay for 4 hours, if
it takes me 20 minutes then I stay for 20 minutes.
WEIGHT LOSS (BODY SHAPING)

Statistics published from the royal
college of physicians show that approximately 55% of
the population is dangerously obese or overweight.
Do you think you have tried everything and nothing seems
to work?
That’s because every diet you try is focused on
weight, and what you focus on in life you achieve, so
you get the weight that you didn’t even realise
you were focusing on!
I ask you to forget about weight,
it’s just a number.
Instead, during our session I will
ask you to focus on the new shape you wish your body
to develop and then I go through various ways to help
you achieve your desired shape.
We will work through all of your bad
habits and figure out how they keep you at the shape
you are now, and then change them for more desirable
habits, such as fruit & veg, smaller portion sizes,
or whatever you personally want.
We can work at motivation - going
to the gym, walking instead of driving, or anything
else you want to do.
And if you feel you have been a victim
of bullying or name calling because of your shape, we
can work at self-esteem building to remove these labels
from your subconscious.
Body shaping FAQ’s
Will I change over night?
No, you have hundreds of bad habits
that will not all disappear over night. You will notice
them changing almost immediately and continuing to change
over the next few weeks. You will notice yourself eating
smaller portion sizes, replacing junk foods with healthier
options, not eating at the wrong times etc. The combination
of all these changes will lead to the change in the
shape of your body.
I have a particular weakness, such
as chocolate or crisps, how will you stop me eating
them?
I won’t stop you eating them,
I will stop you wanting to eat them. I will make you
ask yourself ‘do I want to eat this, couldn’t
I eat something else instead?’
I can make you reach for a healthier
substitute when ever you see or think of the particular
food.
Or I can make you feel really sick
whenever you try and eat that particular food.
I also want to go to the gym more
often or do more exercise.
No problem, I have various ways to
motivate you towards your goals or targets, so we can
look at ways of encouraging you to do what ever you
want to do.
How much does a body shaping
session cost?
I charge £100 for a body shaping
session. I don’t charge for time or per hour,
I charge per session and I will not leave until I know
my job has been done. If it takes 20 minutes then fine,
if it takes hours, then it takes hours. I will stay
until we are happy with the session.
Isn’t £100 expensive?
NO.
It’s a 1 off payment that will completely change
the rest of your life.
You have probably been paying about £5 a week
for a dieting club, which works out at £260 a
year. Then there are fuel costs and the time it involves.
If these dieting clubs actually worked
you wouldn’t be on this website now would you?
There are reasons why they are still in business –
because you keep going back week after week, and no
matter what the people who run these clubs tell you,
they love it.
How many sessions will it
take?
The majority of my work, especially
simple work like body shaping, is done in 1 session.
If you feel you need a top up because you have a particular
weakness then let me know. I offer a free top-up session
for all of my clients.
But I like the taste of certain foods, I just don’t
want to eat them as much.
Fine, I don’t stop you from
eating anything you want to eat, I allow you to eat
what you want and when you want it. I teach you to eat
sensibly and healthily and how to eat at the right times
etc.
I have a few friends who are
interested, do you do group sessions?
Yes. It is a fantastic way to do it
as it encourages you and your friends to all support
each other. Why not suggest it to your friends, colleagues
or even others at your dieting club?

FEARS AND
PHOBIAS

There is essentially a phobia for
everything in existence. Believe it or not, there is
also phobophobia – a fear of phobias!
Regardless of how trivial or daft
phobias seem to other people, they are affecting your
life massively and stopping you from achieving all you
want from your life.
Many phobias take over people lives
and become the focus of everything they do.
Over time if untreated you will become a nervous wreck, scared to go about your daily lives ‘just in-case’ you experience the trigger for your fear.
None of this is necessary though;
phobias can be cured in a relatively short period of
time, quite often without even using deep hypnosis.
Here is a list of 12 of the most common
phobias
Arachnophobia – Fear of spiders
Social phobia – Fear of Social situations or social
interaction
Aerophobia – Fear of flying
Agorophobia – Fear of situations where escape
might not be possible
Claustrophobia – Fear of confinement in enclosed
spaces
Acrophobia – Fear of heights
Emetophobia– Fear of vomit - which can also be
linked to Mysophobia – Fear of germs or bacteria
Carcinophobia – Fear of cancer
Brontophobia – Fear of thunderstorms
Necrophobia – Fear of the dead or dying
Coulrophobia - Fear of clowns
You may suffer from a phobia that isn’t listed
here, these are just the most common phobias, just because
it isn’t listed doesn’t mean it doesn’t
exist and can’t be cured quite easily.
A phobia is started when you experience
the trigger for it, and get a negative thought, feeling
or experience.
It then becomes in-planted in your sub-conscious that
every time you experience the trigger you automatically
associate it to that negative thought feeling or experience.
What we will do during our session is take away the
negative association you have with that trigger and
give it a positive, or even neutral association and
bingo, problem solved.
Take arachnophobia for example, it
could have been when you were younger that the negative
experience occurred. When you are smaller, things seem
much bigger to you, so when that tiny little spider
was crawling around, you thought it was a big scary
evil creature that was out to get you.
And that stuck, so now, every time you see a tiny little
harmless spider, until we deal with it, you still see
that great big monster that you saw as a child.
Now suppose that we could associate the sight of a little
tiny harmless spider to a feeling of happiness and confidence,
imagine looking at a spider and hearing loud circus
music and seeing the spider 10 times smaller and dressed
as a clown.
It is as easy as that, so when you
see a spider after our session you realise it is an
insignificant harmless creature and you just laugh at
it!!
You won’t necessarily become
the world’s biggest fan of spiders, but a fear
of them will no longer dominate your life.
The same can be done for any fear
or phobia in existence. It was put in there somehow,
so it can easily be taken out.
FEARS AND PHOBIA FAQ’s
How long does it take to cure
me forever?
It can take anything from 5 minutes
upwards depending on the phobia and how deeply embedded
it is.
How many sessions does it
take?
Most common phobias can be cured relatively
instantly, but there are others that can take time.
We will discuss together your phobia and how best to
overcome it in a friendly chat.
How do you do it?
I remove the negative association
you have with the trigger for the phobia, and give it
a positive association.
I also use aspects of Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP)
and even just use certain questioning methods to cure
people.
What if I’m too embarrassed
to discuss it with you?
You really needn’t be, I’ve
come across more unusual phobias in my work than you
can imagine. But you don’t have to tell me if
you don’t want to, I have various techniques to
use in these situations.
Do you find the route cause
of my phobia or just cure it?
Everything is dependant on you as
a person and the phobia itself. You might just want
the issue resolving or you may want to know why you
have the phobia in the first place. I have techniques
to get to the foundation of the fear if necessary.
STRESS

Do you find yourself getting continually
stressed by the smallest of things and want it to stop?
You probably find it holding you back in your work,
family life and many other areas.
Consider for a moment that stress
is a man made experience.
You were not born stressed.
You were not stressed as a child.
We create the experience of stress
inside ourselves. We think it helps us to deal with
things but in reality it hides them away until they
finally show up again.
As a child, before you had heard of
or imagined stress, you would get on with your life
happily, we can work on similar principles under hypnosis,
where you let un-controllable events go by and don’t
worry about them, and you take control of the events
that you need to, as and when is necessary.

IBS or Irritable bowel syndrome, affects
between 10 & 20% of the population at any one time,
and, like most other conditions will only get worse
until it is dealt with properly.
Most people who suffer from IBS have,
and will try anything to free themselves of this illness.
You go to your doctors over and over
again, and fill your body with medicines and other chemical
cocktails.
This might rid you of the symptoms
in the short term, but in no way does it deal with the
underlying cause, it just covers it up and ignores it
until it rears it’s ugly head again.
Over time, and through experience,
regardless of what you have been told, I have learned
that IBS is stress induced and by using my stress relieving
techniques during our hypnosis session, I can show you
how to handle stress better, and how to get rid of most
of the triggers for stress, so that you learn to cope
more efficiently with daily life, and, in time learn
to enjoy your life rather than putting up with it.
Stress is merely a man-made experience,
that for some absurd reason, far too many of you allow
yourselves to go through all too often.
If the experience of stress can be
implanted into your mind, then it can easily be removed
or changed for pleasant experiences!
We will start by removing stress from
your mind and body and show you how best to deal with
stressful situations so you remain calm and in control.
We could look at your lifestyle and
how it could be changed so you enjoy your life.
Diet is a big factor, certain foods
and drinks induce chemical reactions that cause stress
so we can cut down on those.
We may also run through certain techniques
to show you how to take control of your body, rather
than letting your body control you!
